Where does Axis offer free shipping
We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States — that includes all 48 lower states. However, additional shipping charges may apply in the following cases:
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Remote or island-access locations that require barge or ferry service (e.g., some areas around Puget Sound, island communities)
Special delivery conditions, such as limited access roads, steep driveways, or rural zones that require lift-gate service or hand unloads

Not for the infrared-only model. But if you select the traditional heater add-on, a licensed electrician is recommended to install a second dedicated circuit.
