Not at this time. Axis is currently available for shipping within the continental U.S.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date?

Yes. We can coordinate a scheduled curbside delivery to suit your availability.

Will the delivery team bring it inside?

No. Delivery is curbside only. Please plan to have assistance for moving the boxes indoors.

How is Axis packaged for shipping?

Axis ships are securely strapped and wrapped to a pallet. Orders arrive in 3 boxes, plus an additional box for the traditional heater and accessory kit if included.

Is assembly included in delivery?

Assembly is not included, but setup is straightforward. With two people and a drill, you can assemble Axis in just a few hours. The heaviest panel weighs only 50 lbs.

Can I use an extension cord with Axis?

Axis comes with a 10-foot power cord. We don’t recommend using additional extension cords—your outlet should be within 8 feet of the sauna.

Does Axis work in apartments or rental homes?

Yes. The infrared-only model plugs into a standard 120V/15A outlet, making it ideal for apartments and rentals.

What if I don’t have a dedicated outlet?

We recommend having a licensed electrician confirm your electrical setup. Axis requires a dedicated 120V/15A circuit for infrared use. If using the traditional heater, a second 120V/20A circuit is needed.

Can I install Axis outdoors or in a garage?

Axis is made for indoor use only. It can be placed in a garage, but cold environments may cause longer heat-up times.

How can I prepare my space for my new sauna?

Reserve a 4'x4' space for your Axis and an area nearby to stage the boxes during setup.

Can I add a traditional heater later?

Yes. The Harvia Vega 1.9kW traditional heater can be added anytime with the proper electrical setup.

Does Axis include a remote or control panel?

Axis features a built-in digital control panel that manages infrared heat, lighting, timer settings, and Bluetooth audio.

How do the chromotherapy lights work?

Axis includes a large chromotherapy panel in the ceiling, RGB ambient lighting in the bench and ceiling, and external lighting. These features are designed to enhance mood, relaxation, and recovery.

How long should I stay in the sauna?

Typical sessions last 30–45 minutes. Some users extend up to 60 minutes—just stay hydrated and listen to your body.

How often should I use Axis?

3–4 times per week is ideal. Daily use is safe and effective for most people when properly hydrated.

Can two people comfortably fit inside?

Yes. Axis is designed to comfortably fit 1–2 people.

How long does it take to heat up?

In a 70°F room, Axis heats up in 15–25 minutes. In colder spaces (like a 40°F garage), allow 30–45 minutes.

Does Axis require any maintenance?

Minimal. Simply wipe down surfaces as needed. Light sanding may remove sweat stains over time.
