How long does it take to receive my sauna?
If in stock, your Axis ships within 5 business days. Freight delivery takes 7–10 days for most U.S. locations. If sold out, the next shipment will take 14-16 weeks.
When will my Axis Sauna be shipped?
If you’re placing a pre-sale order, your Axis Sauna is expected to ship in mid-November. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your unit leaves our facility.
Do I need an electrician?
Not for the infrared-only model. But if you select the traditional heater add-on, a licensed electrician is recommended to install a second dedicated circuit.
Can I install Axis in an apartment?
Yes. Axis is designed for compact spaces and plugs into a standard 120V outlet. No permanent installation required.
What is the power cord length?
The infrared cord is 10 feet long and exits from the roof of the unit.

No, but assembly is straightforward. With two people and a drill, you’ll be set up in just a few hours. The heaviest panel weighs 50 lbs.
