The site is operated by Axis Sauna LLC (“AXIS,” “we,” “our”). It is provided to give you information about our products, accept inquiries, and connect you with our team. Pricing, lead times, and product details may change without notice.

2. Your use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or the experience of other users.
  • Attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorized to access.
  • Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or harvest content without our written permission.

The AXIS name, logo, product names, photography, copy, and overall design are owned by AXIS or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and you consent to that venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
